APIR works closely with institutional leaders and offices, including the Office of the Vice Provost for Diversity and Climate, office of the Vice Provost for Faculty and Staff, Division of Enrollment Management, Human Resources/Academic Personnel Office, and others to track trends in diversity on campus and perform analyses on topics related to improving the outcomes for a diverse student body and workforce on campus.  APIR creates annual trend reports related to student trend data and faculty/staff trend data for the Diversity Forum, assists with climate studies, supports policies and planning related to diversity with analysis, and creates special reports that align with institutional priorities.
