Faculty Recruiting and Retention
The Provost's Office, and APIR, collects information from the deans on faculty recruiting and faculty retention efforts conducted in their school/college. This information has been used to describe the challenges the University faces in recruiting and retaining faculty to a range of audiences including the Board of Regents and legislators. Summary reports are posted by year. The request that was sent to the deans offices is posted for the current year.
